Description

• Active Ingredient: Doxofylline IP 400 mg.
• Indications:
  • Asthma
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
  • Bronchospasm associated with respiratory disorders
• Mechanism of Action: Doxofylline is a xanthine derivative that works as a bronchodilator. It inhibits phosphodiesterase enzymes, leading to an increase in cyclic AMP levels, which relaxes the smooth muscles of the airways, improving airflow and reducing bronchospasm.
