• Active Ingredients:

• Mechanism of Action:
  • Nimesulide: Inhibits the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX), which is involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins, thereby reducing inflammation and pain.
  • Paracetamol: Blocks pain signals in the brain and reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus, a part of the brain that regulates temperature.
