• Active Ingredient: Levofloxacin IP 500 mg.

• Mechanism of Action: Levofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, preventing bacterial DNA replication, transcription, repair, and recombination, leading to bacterial cell death.
