Description

• Active Ingredient: Ivermectin 12 mg.
• Indications:
  • Onchocerciasis (river blindness)
  • Strongyloidiasis (intestinal threadworm infection)
  • Scabies
  • Other parasitic infections as prescribed by a healthcare professional
• Mechanism of Action: Ivermectin binds to glutamate-gated chloride channels in the nerve and muscle cells of parasites, leading to increased permeability to chloride ions, hyperpolarization, paralysis, and death of the parasite.
